What we collect

When you register as a kitchen worker or restaurant partner, we collect the details you provide in the form — such as your name, phone number, email address, city, business details, and experience. Identity documents (such as ID or address proof) are requested only later, during profile verification — never through this website's forms.

How we use it

We use your information only to run RestroAid programs: contacting you about registration, organizing training, building worker profiles (with your consent), matching workers with partner restaurants, and providing partner support. We will never sell your personal information.

Form processing

Form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms, a form-processing service. This website also uses Google tags to measure the effectiveness of our outreach campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & your rights

We keep registration data only as long as needed to run our programs. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@restroaid.org.
