Some optional services carry real costs: third-party tool subscriptions (like Petpooja) are paid to the vendor at their standard rates, and dedicated setup or consulting time is charged transparently at cost — never for profit. You'll always know the price in writing before anything is billed.

Community knowledge-sharing is always free: recipe documentation guidance, operations best practices, food safety guidance, and mentorship from experienced operators. We also help partners automate their kitchens with tools like Petpooja (POS & billing) and n8n / Make.com (workflow automation). Where that needs dedicated hands-on setup, we charge only what it costs us — and tool subscriptions go directly to the vendors. No consultant margins, no hidden fees.
