5+ years running a cloud kitchen in India.
Our founder experienced firsthand how broken the kitchen workforce ecosystem is.
Trained chefs leaving without notice.
Unreliable hires. A constant cycle that drained everyone.
Instead of accepting it, we asked why.
Workers need skills, identity, and opportunity. Restaurants need reliable partners.
Both sides need each other.
Both deserve better. That conviction led to Forum43 — and RestroAid as its first initiative, serving both kitchen workers and the restaurants that employ them.
